I PLANTED SOME SMALL OLEANDERS (3 FEET HIGH) ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO. THEY HAVE GROWN SO FAST (ABOUT 8 FEET NOW) THAT THEY ARE FALLING OVER WITH THE WEIGHT OF ALL THE NEW GROWTH. THEY ARE MULTI-TRUNK AND ALMOST ALL OF THE TRUNKS ON EACH PLANT ARE FALLING OVER. DO I NEED TO SEVERELY CUT THEY BACK (SAY TO ABOUT 3-4 FEET) TO PROMOTE A STRONGER TRUNK SYSTEM AND IF SO IS THIS THE RIGHT TIME OF YEAR? OR SHOULD I JUST TRY TO STAKE THEM UP? I LIVE IN COASTAL SC. THANKS FOR YOUR FEEDBACK!!!!
