For those of you that have an E Track system on your open trailer, what do you do/how does it hold up when you have mulch, rock, brush or anything else in your trailer besides mowers?

It'll end up perpetually filled with crap, much as I think you already suspect
I figure it would get filled with crap and I've put a tarp down before on the ground when I've had mulch delivered and also on my trailer deck and they just seem to get destroyed so easy and pitchforks get caught in them and grain scoops are worthless cause the load can move

A sheet of plywood would be nice, but I think I would need to get at least a sheet of 3/4" over the area they are in and thats heavy for just myself

I cant say I've ever heard of anyone doing it, but you wouldn't necessarily need to cover the whole trailer. Two (or however many strips of etrack you have) strips of plywood just the width of the etrack might work. If you cut it just shorter than the etrack, you could secure it with a tie ring at each end.
