I performed a search for information regarding Oregon, but got limited responses. I am new to the site (first post) however I have been browsing for a while now. I am in the process of gathering information in consideration of starting a small (solo)maintenance business.
From checking with the state dept of ag website I am still unclear on the exact guidelines in reference to over the counter product use on customer premises. Legally, I know I can fertilize, but....
1) can I weed and feed? OTC fert w/pre-m?, etc.
2) use organic alternatives for weed control (i.e. vinegar, etc.)?
3) If the above two are prohibited can I work with a licensed operator on my premises as a sub? or independent contractor in unison?
Any assistance would be very helpful
