I started to do some research on organic fertilizer and was wondering if it is any good. I plan to use it on my own lawn this year to test the results. Has anyone ever used it? This could be awesome if it gives good results! I would not have to have a license to apply it for my customers.

The last sentence of your post is false. An applicator's license is needed to put down organic ferts.

well... that sucks!!!! So, to spread cow menure on a lawn or garden I have to have a license? That does not seem right. But, I guess it is the way it is, and I have no choice but to deal with it.

You need to check with your state agency. The laws vary from state to state
