Organic Fertilizers

    I made a bet with my Buddy and decided to ask the pro's. Are you required to have a License to apply All Organic granule fertilizer> We are in Illinois. THANX GUYS

    Depends on your state. Most states require a license no matter what you apply, as long as it's commercial, you must be licensed. Check out the "Licensing in all states" thread at the top of this forum...

    If your product has any weed/pest control properties, definately yes.

    Pennsylvania does not require you to be certified to apply fertilizer. If the fertilizer contains any type of pesticide you must be certified.
