I would like to hear any suggestions for mulch organization.

Right now if a customer wants additional services such as hedge pruning, aeration, seeding etc... it is no big deal. We load the necessary equipment on the truck or trailer and take care of the service when we cut their grass at the normally scheduled time.

However, mulching is a different story. Many of our yards have large enough mulch beds that we cannot fit everything on the truck and trailer and still have enough room for the mulch.

I have tried season after season to get my clients to mulch in the down times but they never do and this is becoming very frustrating.

How do you all accomplish this? Any good organizational ideas out there?

Time to round up a bunch of temp. workers and spread mulch over a weekend. Were doing 32 yards tomorrow. Considering spreading mulch is pretty simple its easy to find an extra hand here and there for a day or 2.
