Osha called and told it was time for my annual safety training. I replied that I have been in business 17 years and never once been contacted by osha or aware of such requirements. They then let me know if a worker is hurt and I don't have a black & white document to show the employee has been trained by osha that I am in a heap of trouble. I don't mind complying to what is required but I question that I have to pay for the training. I have 2 employees. Anyone aware of this and what is required?
