these are some pics of our new leaf box on the new (well new to us) truck. It can be put up and taken down in less than 10 min by one guy. I think next year we might mount the leaf vac on the front.... has anyone mounted their leaf vac on the front of an excab truck? I dont know if the tube will be too long.

Very nice. Do you guys do a lot of leave jobs? I would asume you do to dedicate a box for it. We deal with leaves too here in California but probably not as much as you guys.

Do you have an underbody dump kit?

yea we do a lot of leaves.... i will fill that box three or four times at just one of my properties. No, no underbody dump kit... (yet :)).... we use a pallet placed in the front of the bed and then put a tow strap around a tree and just drive away.... it pulls out almost all of the leaves in one try.

Looks good, I plan to re-work my leaf rig for next season.

This is the trailer we have used for the past 7 years. We have simply outgrown it, and now have a dump truck with leaf box. Photos show not 100% complete. Checking around LS for ideas on how to make proper venting.

Nice! I would think most responses will be removing the plywood top and replace with mesh tarp.
