Today I saw something that blew my mind! While I was cutting the grass at a strip mall on one of my commercial accounts, another LOCO rolled in and unloaded and started to cut grass. I had seem them before and didn't pay much attention to them. About 20 minutes later, I just happened to glance over and this is what I saw:

An operator of an Exmark Viking went around a bush. In the process, a stick poked him in the eye and cleaned him right off of the sulky. As he flew backwards, the mower kept right on going. I expected it to stop any second because of the safety handles on the grip? IT DIDN'T!!!!! It kept right on trucking across the turf, off the curb and through the parking lot!!! It stopped when it smashed into a parked car then just screamed away until I came over and turned off the key. The tires were smokin' up a storm and the beetle it hit had the rockers smashed in!

The moral of the story? DO NOT TAPE THE SAFETY HANDLES FAST on ECS controls!!, LMAO!!:nono: :hammerhead:

That is like driving a boat without the kill lanyard clipped on or parking a car on a slope in neutral without the parking break engaged.:hammerhead:
