Overhead Recovery

    HBO said it best...find a way to add it in to recover your costs. I am sure all of us have given the $35 per cut quote only to have the customer say "well, so and so said they could do it for $30." Perhaps this is the opportunity to sell the professionalism of your business. Uniformed employees, signage on trucks, letterhead that matches trucks and uniforms. I wouldn't personally add a line item to show the set up fee. Yes, you do have to charge that time off somewhere because at some point that money/charge is what will cover an office person. My fiance does 75-80% of my paperwork and data entry but she gets a check every week. Good luck. Ryan
