Could some one post me a pic of the hedger head, I just bought a used 2400 and the spring is missing on the adjustment bar. Just need to see how it is placed.

    Post here or email pics!

    Thanks!

Go to the website and download parts manual.
    Duh, it's a no brainer.

I have that, but don't know what spring you mean. Is it only for the angling one or is it the fixed head model? Mine is on a split boom too but it's the SRM2400SB. Here's a pic.

Duh, really? where might you find this information on
www.echo-tools.com? I looked the site over, and couldn't find any tech. info on there equipment. Pardon my ignorance, but if you have the link to a parts manual I would appreciate it.

This model is not the split boom, it does have the articulating head. The owner said and appears there should be a spring of some sort on the head, connected to the black lever that adjusts your articulation. I just didn't want to make a trip to the echo dealer if it is a part I can come up with.

    thanks.
