I am venturing into patio tile project for a preferred customer. I am familiar with pavers on sand/gravel but this is a first with concrete base prep.

Please give any advise on time requirements you think are missing.
    -Removal of existing 200SF deck
-excavate for concrete base of 200 ft rectangle (old deck) and additional 150 SF semicircle.
    -sub out the concrete base/form/pour/finish
-mortar base of two new bases plus 75 SF sidewalk.
-lay 425 SF of 1'x1' tile
    -grout and seal

All excavation must be done by hand and wheel...dumping material on site. Materials can be delivered very close to the work site.

How many man hours needed do you think? I was thinking 60 hours...2 man crew, Me and ace helper.
