Curious how your pay structure is set up for spray technicians. Locally guys make between 50-60k per year doing applications. From seeing other job postings, I know that most companies have around a 30k base salary plus bonus/commission.
I'm trying to build a pay structure for our guy and I'm wanting to make it competitive but have commission built in. I'd like him to top out in the same general range, but not sure if I should pay him a percentage off of all production, or only once he makes over a percentage which is cumulatively greater than his $30k base?
