As of right now I just buy sheets of stamps at the post office and place them on each envelope as I send out invoices/bills each month. I was wondering if there is an easier/cheaper way to pay for postage. I was looking through stamps.com and may consider that. I'm interested to hear what other people do. Thanks
I buy stamps and affix them to each envelope. I looked into Pitney-Bowes but it was not cost effective. Where you can save time is by using windowed envelopes and fold the invoice so that the customers address shows through the window. You can also buy the envelopes with your return address pre-stamped on them.
Ask your customers if you can email them their invoices. Most customers have no objection (and some prefer it) to getting everyting emailed to them.
