I was extremely lucky. I knew I would probably have to move out of my old spot (which I love) a couple months ago (long story, nothing to do with me)... I could have stayed there if I wanted.

So I was tired of researching spots, asking people in the industry, and driving around looking. So I put a random "want ad" on Craigslist, describing my biz and what I was looking for in a shop. The next day the guy writes me and the rest is history. I was VERY lucky.

It is close to everything I need. Nurseries, highway, fuel, the pay dump.

How do you like that V body? Looks pretty nice. How much product do you load it with?

The spreader is awesome. I hate loading/unloading it.

Put a new carb on it this season and it purrs (all 6 hours it's been run!)

I usually put about 5-6 skid steer buckets worth of salt in it.. can do 6-7 scoops if I get on top and shovel everything thru the grate, into the corners of it.

    Love your designs.

I'm surprised you were able to buy a grafted blue spruce that large to replace the dead one.

After a second look, I realize that wasn't a dead grafted spruce. I thought there was one on each side of the door at a quick glance.
