    What the start of last year was like on the OBX. We were some 15" above normal for rainfall.

    Freetime (what little I get) I enjoy anything to do with bikes. This was taken at the Thunder in the Valley Nationals in Bristol Tn.

    Where we are (Outer Banks) you are looking at around 300K. The one I pictured is an 8 bedroom rental that would go for a little over a million. It rents for 6K per week in season.
