Pin oak/ slow grower

    Red oak family has pointed leaves
    White oak are rounded tips
    I'd put a bed around that tree and water it during droughtThumbs Up

    Take a close pic of the bark. I'm guessing it's a white oak but could tell more from the bark

    Did you know that white oak is either #1 or 2 for BTU's produced when its chopped into firewood. It lasts for years even when its laying on the bare ground and lumber people love that stuff. If you start looking you will see that they make a lot of things from white oak.
