    What do ya'll charge for pinestraw per bale? It seems anywhere from $6.50 to 7.50 is all the market will pay here. Of course this is for large quantities, more should be charge for small quantities.

    This question probally only applies to the southeast.

    $7.00-$8.00 per bale installed depeding on job(some lcos can get even more per bale installed depending on who they know.One large lco i knew of was getting $10.00 per bale installed.Costs me $ 3.80-$4.10 wholesale depending on quantity purchased.Very large purchases will allow you to get straw even cheaper (wholesale).Southeastern NC

    $7.00-$8.00 here for pinestraw installed. It cost me last year around $3.00- $3.10 a bale.

    $6.00 is going rate here. Paid anywhere from 2.75 - 3.00 per bale last year.

    We usually get from $6 to $8 per bale for the slash.
