I have to give a bid for a storage facility and I was hoping that you could help. This is one of my first commercial bids. The storage facility has about 20, 437 square feet of grass to be mowed. I will be using a 44" z and a 48" super surfer. There is a little bit of a hill but it should be nothing to worry about. There is also 1,870 ft of edging. The trimming is nothing special, just the normal. There are 80 small to medium sized hedges to be trimmed. We will have to replace the pine straw which there is about 3,270 square feet. They also want us to fertilize the grass and do chemical applications. We will probably sub out the chemical applications. We will also have to replace the annuals in two beds 11'x7'. We plan on hedging the bushes five times during the year and replacing the pine straw and annuals twice a year. Does that sound about right? What all do I need to include with this bid? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You in Advance for all of your help!!!!
