Have a few questions on postcards...

1. Where is the best place to get them??? Local printing shops??? Kinko's??? Internet???

2. How do you compile your address list???

www.poscardwarehouse.com will print and mail for you. They are doing 5000 for $1924. I went according to zip code, Age 50+, Homeowners, property value in excess of $150,000

You can go to a library and look under references. There you can find the neighborhoods, with addresses and phone #'s.

That's if you are going mail out the post cards, If not then you could just put them out like flyers

Walker-Talker - wow, that seems like a lot of money, I hope it works for you.

I did a mail out last year with post cards, cost me $500 for 10,000 homes, I only got like 4 calls.
