How much do you guys charge for power raking, let's say a "1 acre yard"?

1 Acre with clean up and removal would start at $300.

Are yu talking about power-raking like dethatching, or like just a rake-over? The dethatching goes for $12. per M. The rake-over is much cheaper.
Where abouts are you? In Clio? I'm near Pierson and 75.

It would depend on how the property was mowed and how much thatch needed to be removed, also how many obstacles you have to dodge. If I used a power brush,start at $500.00, power rake start at about $1200.00. Its very deceiving as to how much debris you will end up with. I learned the hard way.........
