Dusty enough... wear a mask and obviously don’t try to apply into the wind.

Looks like I’m a contrarian but I just use dithiopyr, directed spray. I have it, it’s usually already mixed in one of the tanks in early Spring and it works like magic. I spray it in the hardscape and driveway cracks too.

I've given up on Snapshot...pretty sure it has to be watered in within 24 hours and in the spring there's just no guarantee.

We tried gallery + prodiamine and had a massive outbreak early summer, but I'm not sure anything would have worked. Lots of rain this spring, then a huge warmup, it truly was like the tropics the way weeds were growing for about a month.

Thanks for the input. What if the beds have mulch down? Which is more efficacious, a granular app or spray app?

Jesus, this shouldn't be a conversation. Put down Snapshot January and July. It does work better if watered in. In January, the soil should be moist enough. In July, irrigation is on.
