First off, sorry if this is in the wrong place, I just figured you guys would have a better idea than the general forum. Mods feel free to move.

I run an event venue and recently had our first big tent experience. While the after effects are not devastating, they will take a week or two to recover I believe.

So, what is the best way to prepare the week before a tent installation, and the best way to help boost the grass after?

    Thanks in advance!

They have an annual outdoor event at a bank we take care of, tent, bounce house the work's. Hundreds of ppl packing the grass down. Looks worse than it is. We turn off irrigation the day before so ground isn't super soft. We also mow day before tent setup. Within 2 mowings afterwards all is back to normal.

Also but I'm sure your aware. Have locate services flag area so your not driving a stake through any utility's.
