Price check- '04 Toro Z

Seller is asking $3200. Has 1300 hrs. 25 Kohler, 62"deck. Some rust on deck, no engine problems in past. Is this a fair price for a used Toro Z?

Thanks for the input. Any others? I have no idea how to price used equipment so I have come to the experts!!!:waving:
