Do not send --"PRICE INCREASE LETTER"--
Send a "Thank you for choosing (your name here) for you property maintenance needs"
Make sure the service you gave last year was good. Tell to call if they have questions or suggestions, "We look forward to serving you next year. We will begin on Feb 20th. Next years rate will be $38.69. "
Thanks again , your happy lawn boy
