How much would you charge to do a yard which takes 1.5 hrs with a 30inch rider and you pick up the clippings about 7,000 sq ft

Somebody comes to me with a 30" rider mower and charges me $80-$90 to mow it is out!
A 7000 sqft lawn is relatively small and you will get a lot of ideas here on LS what to charge. In my area the going rate for that size lawn to mow and trim is around $30. It's up to you and the type of equipment you use that will determine how productive you'll be. 7k lawn will take me ± 30 min. max therefore my productivity rate is ± $60/hour

As mentioned, that's a 25-35 min. job depending upon the variables....but mowing alone would be $30-35 here.

    good luck

Even with a 30" rider, how would it take 1.5 hours to do it?.....

Would be around $ 45.oo for me. You didn't mention how you were gathering the clippings, or how you were to rid of them too. If you need to haul them somewhere, that time should be remembered, as it cuts into your profit :) Good luck !
