What Are The Going Prices For Blade Sharpening, Both On An Off Of The Mower? Thanks
Do it yourself. It's easy. It will save you time and money.
Its far cheaper in the long run to buy a machine and do this yourself..IMHO
Hello, I Do Own A Oregon Blade Sharpener And Was Trying To Get An Average Price As I Was Thinking Of Offering Sharpening Services. Thanks
3-5 around here, I believe that's off not sure, I imagine on would vary.
Come to think of it, all of 30-45 seconds to sharpen one...
I could do 30-40 of them for 75-100 bucks make over $1 a minute.
Pick them up AND drop them off, too.
Don't forget the cost of that 12" sharpening stone thou lol
Actually, so long I have a $30 minimum I wonder if $1.50 each (off) wouldn't be profitable?
Just make sure to let them know it might be extra for severely worn blades, price may vary some with size of blade also.
around here, 5 bucks off, 7 bucks on.
Free here. The john deere dealer sharpens for free if you buy from them.
I usaully drop off 12-15 blades in the morning when i am going by and pick them up when I come back by a couple hours later.
A retired guy down the road sharpens them for 3$ a piece.
i get mine done for 2 a blade.
That's too funny. I can get new Oregon blades for $6.95 a piece
