prices for snow and ice removal

    what do you guys charge for just putting down salt say on a parking lot and driveway for commercial . and how much do you charge for snow removal using a skid steer.

    i am biding on a commercial site where they want a price on snow removal and where i live we don't get much for snow to plow maybe 1 in 6 years but we do get ice so i'am looking for some ideas on that . most of the time 99% would be just for ice . but they are asking for a hourly rate .
