I have been in the property mait. biz. for 3 years. Now I want to get in to the lawn mowing end if it. I am looking for a little help pricing out the job. This is a 52 units on 36 acres. It is kind of an upscale community. If you can help me out with some info that would be great. I live in CT. Let me know if you need more info on the job. Thanks

Those are the cash kings if you can get in on them. I currently take care of two good size associations much like the one your bidding on. The good thing about it most of the time each unit is in next door range of the other. I started out underbidding because I didn't want to lose the business. I determined what each resident paid monthly (dues), then calculated a total on which i could charge without going over there yearly amount. Of course living up north we have snow removal. Then i broke it down to reasonable pricing for each service. Good luck!
