I'm new to this business and want to see if my pricing is in line with what others are doing. I live in N.C. I do not want to low ball I just want to keep my prices in line with other companies. For a 3/4 acre lot I would charge 5.00 per 1000 sq. ft to aerate = 163.35 and 3.00 per 1000 sq. ft to seed and fertilize = 261.36 + 235.71 for seed and fertilizer. I would use a 3 blend seed at 5lbs per 1000 sq.ft and a time release fertilizer. Total would be 497.07. How is this as compared to what you experienced people charged. Just trying to get a feel for pricing. Hope everyone has a great day.

hello, i found out last night that my prices might be a little low for mowing but i think that i am about average for the rest. a couple of things, for the fert and seed figure how many bags you need and the cost. Double the cost and you will have your answer. Also put down somerthing with the seed ie..stater fert, and organic. hope this helps
