I have searched this but didnt come up with anything? How do you guys price out your aeriation? by 1000 sq ft? How much do you guys charge, a lady wants a qoute on this and more and more people ask me about this, so ill most likely be getting one soon... ANYWays, sorry, just need to know how to price right.

3.5 times the mowing price. Very simple.
I read many have square footage formulas but to me they are a waste of time unless you are talking acreage.
You can easily look at a lawn and give a price and not every lawn is created equal as far as slopes, trees, etc.
If you have a difficult lawn to mow it will be difficult to aerate and the price reflects it.
