Hello everyone. I am selling a 1995 model Encore 32" belt drive walk behind. The unit has been used exclusively on my home lawn that has ranged from 1/6 of an acre to 1/3 an acre now. Never takes longer than 30 minutes per cut, normally every 5 to 7 days. It has always been garage kept. I replaced the engine the beginning of last season with a 13hp ohv Briggs pressurized oil when the original 12hp Briggs failed. I also replaced the drive tires last year when the originals finally gave out.

I have replaced the unit with a 36" yazoo hydro because of the steep front slope, so now I am trying to sell my old unit. Any pricing information would be greatly appreciated. I am in the Nashville area if anyone local would be interested.

Thanks for your help.

I will try and get some pictures tomorrow or the next day. It's buried in the back of the garage since I haven't used it this year. As far as bottom dollar, I have at least $550 in the new engine and tires, and I have an offer of $600 cash here locally, but I feel that it worth more than that based on the condition of the mower and the new engine and tires.

Well, that's the question I was originally hoping to find out from others on here with pricing experience on these type of items. I was hoping to get around $800 for it. Please let me know if that number is something that you would consider. Also, I live in Hendersonville, which is on the Northeast side of Nashville, about 25 minutes from downtown.

Well, as stated in my previous post, I already have an offer of $600 cash locally from a guy at the dealer where I bought my Yazoo 36" hydro, but I didn't think $600 was enough based on having over $550 in the new engine and tires. But thank you for the offer.

I'll accept that offer. You said you wanted to pick it up tomorrow though. Are you going to be in the Nashville area? I would have a pretty tight window of pick up time available, as I have to take and then pick up my little girl from Kindergarten tomorrow. Pick up window of 9 - 12, then maybe 3 to 5ish in the afternoon. If that works, let me know.
