    Hey guys,

Got a chance to bid on 12 commercial sites.. All office buildings some larger then others, 2 of them Have 35,000sq ft lawns, about 50,000 sq ft of parking lots that need to be trimmed and blown. I have never done commercial. can anyone give me a ball park here? it costs me about 35 per hour for 3 man crew + gas and insurance, I figure it can be done in just around 2 hours per site....any info would be great

I would charge between $35-$40 per man hour or 3men*2hours*$40= $240 per site
