I know many of you LCOs use the $20 stop fee, then 1/4 acre $25, all the way up to $40 per acre. I am going to use this method too. I know some break it down further and more precise to $1/1000 square feet. Now when doing this, do you all take out the size of the house and say driveways from your measurements? I mean, I have my measuring wheel so it would be easy to go around and take measurements for just the mowable yard itself. Just curious if you guys just do your simple front-to-back measurement and get the square footage or if you take out the size of the home and say driveways out of the estimate?
