I would like some feedback and comments from a few of you members on a pricing schedule for Lawn Services. I have aa Excel 97 spreadsheet I can email to you if you will send me your email address. It has six package plans the customer can select. I will set the basic price to the customer for a 7 day cut. The customer then determines which package plan he wants and can afford.

You may say it won’t fly. That’s ok. Give me your opinions and suggestions. I am trying to come up with a fare price for lawn services over 5, 7, 10, 14 days and beyond. Most customers will want you to cut every 10 to 14 days at the for the same price you would cut on a 7 day schedule. You still have to cut twice to give a professional looking job. Otherwise, your reputation is at stake.

More instructions are with the spreadsheet.

My percentages may be too high. What do you think?

Send me your email address. I'll send the spreadsheet file and welcome your opinions and advice. Thanks
