Just curious as to how you guys figure prices based on square footage for commercial and residential jobs. Any particular formula?

Too many variables to pick set prices per square foot. Use the Search (top right corner of each page) to look up pricing, bids, contracts, etc. Lots of great threads here already that are full of lots of info on how to base pricing. Good luck!

if you're doing lawn applications square footage is usually the only factor, for most applicators I've run into anyway.

If you're talking mowing, square footage is too general. You need to know what amount of square footage is done by what mower. Get a book from Nilsson if you need help.
