I accidentally left my pro93 in the weather for a few minutes.

It was a few minutes too long.

Had to buy a new one.

Not sure what's good about it but.

It has that pleasant new multimeter smell :)

The milli model goes for $10.99, couldn't go there.

But seriously in what circumstances do you need to read milli's? 2 Wire? I admit I'm not an electrical 'spurt like some on here but I know enough the figure sheet out most of the time as far as irritation.

Harbor Freight used to sell an inexpensive clampmeter with a lowest current range fit for solenoid measurements, but I believe it was replaced with some new line of meters.

id like to see a less bulky clamp for dealing with buried and excavated wire bundles/clusters/groups/hand-fulla's

    (for the pro96 i mean)

    i love the pro 95 i think!

Using Milliamps readings are just a another form of gathering your data of diagnosis. By using Ohms, Amp and some light amount of Volt readings you will have a much better understanding of the situation that Is happening and you will rule out a lot of possibilities that the issue may be when you gather more information. To be honest I only bust it out while I'm fixing major wiring issues with the system.
