If you to hire someone to estimate and run your hardscape business, what would you consider fair rate or compensation for his services?

I guess it depends on their actual duties. I would want 60K+/- + 3-5% on sales. For this you provide the equipment, the customers, the liability, etc. I will setup and run estimates, order materials, schedule jobs, manage work and equipment, and bring you your checks. I require a company truck in decent shape, a company cell phone for business only, uniform reimbursement, 3 weekends a month off, 2 weeks vacation, a few sick days, and a holiday bonus. I'm not for sale though.
