pump problems

    i just bought a used lesco spray rig, the pump is getting water mixed in with the oil, any suggestions on what the problem is

    Sounds like a internal seal problem, A new seal kit installed should take care of it.

    Yep, new diaphram and o-ring kit for you. I had to replace mine this spring, but I got to it just bofore the diaphrams started leaking... Mine were crumbling apart and the little pieces kept clogging my nozzle! I believe it was around 75 bucks for the kit, and a pretty simple install once I realiced how it all came apart so easily...

    On the diaphram themselves are markings, one side says liquid, the other oil. Make sure you put them the correct way or you'll be replacing them again in a few months.
