Ok, time to admit my ignorance. (Dont tell my fiance-hehe)
Ok, at this time i have to type in the due dates on EVERY customers bill each month. I have a little over a hundred customers. It is getting old. Is there a faster way to put an auto due date or something on it? Thanks for the help all.

When I set up a new customer in Quickbooks, I go to Lists then Customer Job List. Then I go to Edit and select New Customer Job. Then I click on the Additional Info Tab. Here I select Terms --- Due in 30 Days.

Not sure what the difference is between Net 30 and Due in 30 Days. But all I've used so far is Due in 30 Days.

It seems to be working ok so far. I just wish they had a Due in 21 Days option under terms.

Just use the "due on receipt" option.........

Following the same directions as meier gave you. But rather than selescting due in 30 days select the "add new" from the drop down list. That should open a window for you where you can create your own payment terms.

Such as 21 days, first of month, 15th of month... whatever you want.
