when i was doing lawns on my own i had plenty of time to make sure no rock was un turned . now-a-days with the volume i do i find it harder to make myself walk around and do the once over after the service. i hired guys and programmed them to do as i would do on a lawn .but in the rush of things to get em all done i dont check behind them .and i shouldn't have too ! right ? but if i dont go back and look it over i feel like i am treatimg my customers as numbers by the end of the week . where did the one on one customer relation go ?
