Hey all, I have about 50#s of fescue left over. I was wondering if there was a method of preserving this for spring use? Had'nt heard of one, and thought this would be the place to ask!

Keep it dry and cool(no moisture) out of the direct sun, and you'll be fine. We use 55 gal. plastic barrels w/ locking lids for over wintering seed. If it's bagged, do as above..

We had 55 gallon steel drums at work that had a rubber seal on the top and a lock ring. No moisture could get in and they were relatively easy to move around with either a barrel dolly, forklift or with the tractor. We had it in large rubbermaid type trash barrel befor with a lid but rats knawed straight through that.
