Quickbooks and Paycheck Vouchers.

    A question to those of you who have employees and use Quickbooks to print paychecks. How do you get Quickbooks to show the breakdown on the voucher of withheld taxes? SS, Medicare and Federal ?

    Right now (I have yet to print a check) I'm seeing in the preview that it is only going to print a deductions total, and not a breakdown. When it prints, does it actually break them down for the employee to view?

    Yes at least mine is set up too. Just try using a blank piece of paper so you can see it for yourself you can always reprint checks.
