QXpress Lawn Care Software

Does anyone have an opinion (good or bad) about using QXpress from Alocet in Canada for lawn care service (fertilization, aeration, overseeding)?

I tried calling them and their phone # rings busy - not very reassuring.

Qxpress is a scheduling software from Alocet, the makers of Lawn Monkey software, it works as an add-on to Quickbooks. A type of scheduling software, only drawback is it runs about $425.00 for the standard version and $825.00 for the Gold.

I currently run Quickbooks from Intuit and use their Customer Manager add-on. It runs about $75.00.
