I am trying to figure out the best way to carry all the attachments for my split boom Echo pas260. Does anyone make a rack, what are you guys doing other than throwing them in the basket. I thought about some pipe but you cant turn some of them upside down cause the shafts fall out. What do you guys think? Got any ideas? Thanks.

I would think that some sort of truck box or a storage cage on your trailer would work well for what you need. This way your equipment sections are out of the elements, not exposed to theft as easily - or damage for that matter.

The trailer storage style units look something like this:

I use an enclosed trailer but see no reason why you couldn't do this on an open unit (with sides) as well. store the PAS with your primary attachment in a normal 'trimmer rack' and fabricate hangers (vertical) for the remaining attachments, I store my articulating hedge clipper and power broom in this manner.

I have been messing around all winter with different ideas about a rack for my attachments for my split boom and I cant figure anything that will work, so I guess Im going to have to throw them in the basket for another year. You would think all these companies have gone to split booms but how come nobody has come up with a good storage system.
