well guys I'm rained out for today and maybe tomorrow.

it sucks But on the brighter side I have a meeting with Walgreens today,

Bidding on 3 stores, and maybe some of the ones in the Greater Houston area...

Your complaining about not being able to work because of rain? I don't know about you and where you live but around here we haven't been mowing for over two weeks because of a drought and the rain we got over the last few days was very, very welcome. I'm just glad to see that all that rain your getting in TX is finally making its way up this way. I would rather have it raining all the time than have a drought where everything turns brown and dies.

Bohiaa and I are in Texas - he is a bit further south but we have been receiving rain all spring and summer.
Where I am at we came off of a three year drought, all lakes were at their lowest level and if we hadn't received any rain than mandatory watering restrictions would occur.
Right now the water skiing is great, the lakes are so full one can get into more shallow, placid water and really cut some wakes.
A by product is the fishing sucks but oh well, I'd rather watch my gf bouncing around in her bikini than hooking a fish anyday.

It is all relavent, but I don't think you would realy want the rain every day either. In the first 100 days this year, we had rain 59 days. We have doubled the total rainfall for last year already. Yes everything is nice and green, but it is realy playing havick on us grass cutters. Never seen anything like it here before.
