Real Green Customer Assistant Website

    We purchased Real Green earlier in the year. We are yet to get it launched to actually start using it yet though.

    We also purchased the CAW. I am in the process of having our website redesigned to take advantage of the CAW. I was wondering if any of you use the CAW and if you would be willing to allow me to have a look at your websites to see how the site flows with the CAW. I want my site to point all customers to the CAW, but don't want to miss out on simple quote requests.

    Anyone using this and willing to share your websites?

    We just implemented it this spring and so far I love it. We used to use stripe on our website to accept payments. Caw has streamlined the whole process and customers love being able to see their account history and set up auto pay. I still think you need a separate contact page for new quotes because people wanting an estimate are not going to want to set up an account. Wish they would implement contact forms that automatically enter the data into SA
