Where do you get all the mexicans?
whats your reasoning for compacting setting sand? never seen that done before. finish product looks good
Thats a nice sized job!. How long did it take?
My only suggestion would be to better randomize the 3" & 6" Coventry Wall. Other than that, break out the burgers!.

It might be bank run as a fill material... Looks pretty orange.
This project took about two weeks. The first 4 days should have been complete in one day. We had problems in material delivery management. As well as the gas hookup. Excavation was completed in the first two day, but it took me two more days to get the gas guy out. My first plumber bailed on me with no warning.
We do not compact sand. What I think your seeing is residual sand. We use a coarse concrete sand as our leveling agent, and it does have an orange/redish color.
PS: Their quatemalans, work much harder than mexicans.
Just wondering. What's the approximate price you're getting for a job that size?
