i was looking today at buying a new blower. i've had and still use my eb430 for 6 years now. I was wondering if there is a major, noticable differenc in the 3 models...........4400....4800....7001.

obviously, the 7001 is the strongest, but is it really worth the extra$$$. I was only able to get a price on the 4800 ($500). they were too busy to help me with anything else.

Also, while you're here........ redmax strato 2400 or shindawa t231? aren't they very similar?

If you mean that the 4800 is $500 that seems steep for around

I just bought the 7001 today tax and all it was 503.99.

Cant wait to use it tomorrow!!

Thats right around the price here. A tad over $500, well well worth it, first time youi try to move wet leaves with it your eyes'll fall out ya-head.

that was the cost, it was the only one I saw with a detailed price label...$499 to be exact. That's why i questioned the need for the 7001. hell, if it were the same price range, like you got it, it would be a no brainer.

I have the 4400 ($300) & 7001 ($450). The 7001 hands down is worth twice the price of the others. There is no comparison. You could move bricks with it. Make sure you buy some lead weights for your shoes. Good luck.
