I have noticed in one particular lawn that there are stripes. Everywhere my wheels go the grass turns a reddish color. The lawn is mostly centipede grass. This is the only yard that does this out of the 5 that I mow next to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am puzzled.

Most likely some fungus, better find out what it is and how to treat it before it spreads to other lawns from the mower.

take a picture of it and maybe that will help a bit in narrowing down the problem and give a better diagnosis...

LOL Mike......I knew the fungus thing was coming. Seems that is the problem with everything sometimes.
